Beautifully signed by Stephen King at title page: "Stephen King, 5/3/80." Underscored, and with line through printed name. Rare early signature contemporaneous with the printing of this title. Very attractive. Signed at the Kubla Khan-ate Convention held May 2-4, 1980 which featured Stephen King, artist Boris Vallejo, and 4E Ackerman. Included is ephemera from signee: an original 3.5" X 4.5" photograph of SK and Vallejo with printed details at back, and an event name tag. Kubla Khan were a series of conventions in Nashville founded by Ken Moore under the auspices of the Middle Tennessee Science Fiction Society.
