Dustjacket is unclipped, lightly sunned overall, with three clear tape mends verso, one of which covers a hole near the left edge of the front panel adjacent to the flap fold. Several chips and tears at crown, along with two longer tears extending onto front panel have been mended with a large piece of kraft paper on verso; largely complete, but just VG. This First Issue dustjacket has the publisher's $2.50 printed price present on the front flap. This ORIGINAL dustjacket is rich in color with light wear to the spine. The book is bound in the publisher's cloth and is in great shape. The binding is tight with NO cocking or leaning and the boards are crisp with minor wear to the edges. The pages are clean with NO marks or bookplates in the book. A lovely copy SIGNED by the author.

A very RARE and excellent copy in NF/Fair condition. With a **SIGNED** Bookplate and photo laid in! The HB has black boards with bright orange printing and green and orange lines on the cover and spine. The interior is very clean, tight and unmarked. The only marks are some foxing spots on the top stain. The unclipped DJ ( $ 2.50) is in FAIR only condition and is missing the top half of the spine. Otherwise there are minor nicks and wear and we have repaired and now protected in mylar. A TRUE CLASSIC! **Bonus** Also receive the1932 Grosset & Dunlap First Thus edition of Tobacco Road in Good condition/no DJ.
